BBQs 2U are one of the UK's leading independent Weber barbecue online retailers. They are passionate about barbecues and have a great deal of grilling knowledge to share with their customers. BBQs 2U asked IncyWincy Web Design Gwynedd to provide them with a robust eCommerce solution caple of displaying all their fantastic products whilst managing the customers and high volumes of transactions through the eCommerce solution.

BBQs 2U are an authorised Weber barbecue and Weber Accessories dealer.

BBQs 2U wanted an eCommerce website to showcase and sell all their products. They had approximately 300 products to display each with multiple photos and technical descriptions. Each Product page also had to have:

- Associated accessories displayed.
- Technical data.
- Product reviews from customers.
- Videos of product demos.

All of the products were required to be categorised so its easy for customers to navigate the site and locate the product they are looking for. The built in site search is also a powerful feature we added.

One of the other main requirements was to integrate web store's transactions with BBQs 2u's shipping carriers, Parcelforce and a Pallet Delivery company for the heavier items. All this was to be based on the total order weight and the customers location, which then gives the customer different delivery options like Next Day, Before 9am, Saturday Delivery and so on. The final solution generates shipping labels with barcodes to be printed and attached to the shipment. This of course creates tracking numbers to be provided to the customer.

The Back Office / Customer Relationship Management pages lets the BBQs 2u employees log in and efficiently manage orders, customers, refunds, email templates, email marketing, loading new products, discounting and pretty much everything you would ever need to do with an online shop.
